Exercise routine..
One of the most common traits amongst us naija girls is belly fat, like a flat tum can take you go from drab to fab in a few seconds considering you are wearing body magic which is mighty uncomfortable if I might add. It's gonna take a miracle to keep belly-fat away with this our starch filled diet, plus the fact that being on a diet can be an expensive quest. Like 1 water melon fruit is at least 500 naira here in abj. Don't even go near grapes (my fave fruit btw) as that would cost you a good 2000 naira per kg, so what's a sister to do than 'manage'.
So I saw this belly-fat fighting routine on twitter and thought to share.
I've been on this exercise routine at least once a day either in the morning or at night and have been seeing results. I find it convenient because it's versatile,I mean we all have our problem areas and this can help you pick which area to focus on. It's not like the dry,boring and exhausting uniform crunches with someone pressing down your knees. So enjoy!!!!
