Natural diy cleanser for sensitive skin!!!!

Ingredients
3 tablespoons organic extra virgin coconut oil (removes make-up and has remarkable anti-aging properties)

1 teaspoon honey (soothes and heals skin)

1 teaspoon baking soda, (draws out toxins and gently exfoliates)

Instructions
put coconut oil in the freezer to harden then bring out and insert in a hot water bath, do not allow it to melt all the way. Using a dry spoon, start to stir till a creamy paste is formed.

Add honey and stir well.

Add baking soda into this mixture till it forms a completely smooth paste.

Scoop mixture into a clean and dry container and keep in the fridge or in a cool dry place so it doesn't melt.

Directions
Use a small spatula like those sold in make up shops or the back of a teaspoon to scoop paste into your hand.

Apply on the face and use fingers to exfoliate by applying little pressure in small circular motion.

Let it sit for a minute to draw out toxins.

Rinse with warm water and a wash cloth.

There may be some residue left after using the towel but it quickly gets absorbed.

You may not need a moisturiser afterwards but if your face is dry, you can apply a tiny amount of coconut oil.
