I'm no Martha Stewart but some of these tips, I have known for years and, I just assumed everyone else knew,just like how I'm a biologist and I assumed oh,everyone should know to wash their hands immediately after using the toilet or shaking another person, until the Ebola virus came and it was emphasised strongly, well newsflash!,NOT EVERYONE KNOWS. So,this one's for those who just can't get rid of their acne,this solution is gonna cost you absolutely zero naira as in nothing.
If you can, just get two or 3 pillow cases and wash them just as you wash your underwear every morning just before you take a bath. That's what I do anyway. It is imperative guys,trust me. You can do this for a week or two to see if that's the cause if your acne problem. Do it alongside your normal skin regimen. This could be all it takes to have that Jennifer Lawrence smooth baby bum skin. Thank me later!!!!
