Spirals are my fave and easiest beading technique. My everyday-goto neckpiece was made with this technique.
Spirals are very versatile and you can use just about any size or bead type to achive your desired look!!!

The Dutch spiral beading technique, though simple and repetitive is the second most beautiful spiral variant in my opinion(most beautility is the cellini) but it is time consuming so what I do is to listen to motivational speeches or some music while making a piece.

haven't had any requests to make a cellini piece but will definitely make one, someday :).
