Interesting point of view!
I'm not sure I agree completely with his take on having similar interests. Growing up has however taught me that views change as we pile up experiences which are the ultimate teacher.
I would love to have a few things in common with my lover. In the absence of that, I'd definitely be grateful for one who is as curious as I am and not so rigid in thought.
